Additional payment verification required. Why am I getting this?

You have made a purchase for a service on our website. You paid but see a message stating that you still need to verify your order additionally. 

What is happening? 

All our transactions are checked by an automated fraud screening software. This is to protect both our valued customers and the company from credit card fraud and malicious users. When something suspicious was reported by the software our support team representative will ask you for some additional details to help us verify that your order was legitimate. 

You might be asked to supply a copy of your ID and credit card or screen shot from PayPal  (depending on the payment method used). 

This is an only one time procedure. Your details are used only to verify your order in compliance with GDPR and privacy policies. 

P.S. Crypto currency payments do not require additional verification.
